Food was five stars, service was three stars. Wanted the AYCE fish & chips... Jose did a great job at counter, asked the manager, Elizabeth to help out. Finally, she came over, said not at this location, turned her back on me. I said excuse me, why not? It's on the website...she said not at a combo KFC/LJS location. Suggested I try the location in Columbia, PA., twenty minutes away. Ok, disappointed but ordered something else. Another female employee started talking very loudly, in Spanish, about her big night out the previous evening. Conversation became (adult only) very quickly, I guess she assumed gringos don't understand Spanish.

(THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY BASED ON THE SERVICE) I went in at around 1:00 and came out around 30 minutes later, just for one take out order. The service was horribly slow, and the one women in the back was clearly trying her best to pick up the slack for the long wait time. Then, finally, 2 men strolled in, clearly not rushing in the slightest, to help, but clearly that didn't do much. I would think that during lunchtime they would have enough staff. I have yet to taste the food.

came in during lunchtime and was HIGHLY disappointed by the disorganization! You would have expected that at his time of day they would have enough staff, but that was not the case. Fast food is supposed to be fast, and that definitely did not describe my experience! 35 minutes for one order of sub-par ( at best ) takeout was unreasonable.

What a horrible restaurant. We were traveling through Lancaster and went through the drive through on our way home. We entered the drive through line at 7:02 and we left without our food at 7:50. They took our money and asked us to park to the side because they didn't have mashed potatoes ready. We waited for 30 minutes before an employee came to see what we ordered. I told the employee that I wanted the food and my refund. He took my card and receipt in to give me a refund. The manager brought my refund out and I asked her about the food and she said "you got your refund." What horrible customer service. Don't waste your time here.

Whole place smell like oil. My hush puppies were undercooked. Took it back up to counter and the worker told me to go see the manager who was having dinner with her friends in the restaurant. Who really didn't care. No apologies, no replacement. Slow service. Will never go back.
